As the Weekend Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our logistics and fulfillment operations from Friday evening through Sunday evening. You will ensure that all operational KPIs are met, manage cross-functional teams, and drive efficiency in our supply chain processes. Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all weekend logistics operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse supervisors and logistics coordinators during shift hours.
- Develop and implement weekend-specific operational plans and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate weekly reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, compliance regulations, and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between departments to resolve operational bottlenecks effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or operations management within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and MS Office Suite.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
