Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in alignment with organizational strategy.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing proactive solutions.
- Manage project budgets and track financial performance to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management regularly.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a professional setting.
- Professional Project Management (PMP) or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Asana.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
