Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex software projects on time and within budget
- Develop detailed project plans using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations across executive levels
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
- Oversee resource allocation and vendor management
- Track project KPIs using Jira, Asana, or similar tools
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with software development lifecycle
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record of managing $500k+ budgets
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Experience with remote team coordination
- Local Nashville candidates strongly preferred
