Responsibilities
- Lead the Project Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for diverse software development initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring clear expectations and transparent reporting.
- Agile & Scrum Mastery: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions using Agile methodologies.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team workload and delegate tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep the team on track.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, specifically within the Technology or IT sector.
- Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to the San Jose, CA area.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
