Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for weekend initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA) across time zones
- Implement agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to ensure iterative progress
- Manage project budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Generate comprehensive project documentation and status reports
- Foster collaborative culture through weekend stand-ups and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex projects on budget and timeline
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in weekend shift (Sat-Sun 8AM-4PM)
- Experience with remote team coordination preferred
