Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and marketing departments
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Implement Agile methodologies to optimize delivery efficiency
- Monitor project budgets, risks, and key performance indicators
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive reporting
- Maintain quality standards and compliance with industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift exposure
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and Jira/Asana tools
- Proven ability to manage budgets over $1M
- Exceptional conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry preferred
