Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and closure for weekend-based initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, marketing, operations) during weekend shifts
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Implement agile methodologies and track KPIs using Asana/Jira
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and status reporting
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
- Mentor junior team members and foster continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in weekend shift environments
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in agile methodologies and project management tools
- Proven ability to lead teams in cross-functional settings
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience in IT, manufacturing, or logistics preferred
