Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and closure while ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources effectively
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical and non-technical teams
- Implement Agile methodologies to optimize project delivery and stakeholder communication
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
- Generate comprehensive project reports and dashboards for executive leadership
- Coordinate vendor relationships and third-party integrations
- Drive continuous process improvements within the project management framework
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience managing IT/software development projects
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding $500K
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Must be able to start immediately with weekly pay schedule
