Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Manage cross-functional teams, acting as the primary point of communication between stakeholders and technical leads.
- Identify project risks and dependencies early to implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including project charts, status reports, and technical specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project metrics and optimizing workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Project Management within the software development or IT sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
