Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate project risks before they impact the timeline or budget.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and updates to stakeholders and clients clearly and concisely.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to adapt to changing requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Project Management experience in a tech or corporate environment.
- PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
