Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, scopes, and schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and team members effectively.
- Coordinate resources and cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor budget performance and adjust resource allocation as necessary.
- Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned to improve future processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5+ years of professional Project Management experience.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or MS Project.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and influence without authority.
