Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing) to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Monitor project performance in real-time and report status to stakeholders and clients.
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong, professional relationships.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager.
- PMP or CAPM certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
