Responsibilities

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure business continuity.
- Manage project budgets and allocate resources efficiently across departments.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, developers, and executive leadership.
- Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct weekly status meetings and prepare detailed performance reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the technology sector.
- PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working in the San Francisco Bay Area is a plus.
