Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms and error-corrected architectures for practical industrial applications

- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners on quantum-resistant security protocols
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to executive stakeholders and venture capitalists

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum hardware (superconducting, ion trap, etc.)
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Track record of securing R&D funding for quantum initiatives
