Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Develop error-correction frameworks for practical quantum advantage
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum-algorithm integration
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processors using topological qubits
- Establish security protocols for quantum-encrypted communications
- Drive patent development for quantum hardware innovations
- Collaborate with academia on quantum supremacy benchmarks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum circuit design or cryogenic systems
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Expertise in superconducting qubit fabrication or photonics
- Strong background in quantum error correction theory
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D funding for quantum initiatives
