- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, operations) to ensure timely delivery
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and track KPIs using Jira/Confluence
- Manage stakeholder communications and present progress to executive leadership
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/IT environments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making experience
