Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SQL and data visualization tools
- Document requirements and create detailed process flows and user stories
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance reports using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize business needs
- Support Agile sprints by defining acceptance criteria and testing scenarios
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with 1+ year in part-time/contract roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data modeling tools
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Portfolio showcasing BA artifacts (process maps, BRDs, wireframes)
