Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements for digital transformation projects
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities using SQL and Excel
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications for development teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track project performance and business metrics
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical deliverables through agile methodologies
- Document and communicate changes to business processes and system functionalities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech or healthcare industries
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and requirements gathering techniques
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience documenting business processes using UML/BPMN notation
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within scope
