Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) and stakeholders across multiple departments
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency strategies to maintain project continuity
- Monitor project KPIs and performance metrics, providing regular status reports to executive leadership
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations through transparent reporting channels
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and team productivity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field; PMP certification strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience with complex enterprise-scale projects
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in risk management and budget forecasting
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget in IT or tech-driven industries
