Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for enterprise applications in finance, healthcare, and AI
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing infrastructure with 99.9% fault tolerance
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for 100+ qubit systems
- Optimize quantum circuits for real-world deployment on superconducting and photonic platforms
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech on quantum supremacy initiatives
- Secure patents for novel quantum architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years building quantum systems with demonstrated fault tolerance
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
