Responsibilities
- Architect and implement quantum algorithms for practical commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantum field
- 5+ years hands-on quantum computing experience with hardware platforms
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact quantum research
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong programming skills in Python/C++ and quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience securing government or corporate research grants
- Demonstrated leadership in managing technical teams
