- Publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor next-gen quantum engineers and researchers
- Translate theoretical models into industry-ready quantum solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years in quantum computing research or advanced AI development
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and algorithm design
- Proven track record of securing government/industry research funding
- Experience leading technical teams of 15+ researchers
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware/software ecosystems
