Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error-corrected quantum architectures targeting fault-tolerant systems

- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Secure $1M+ in research funding through NSF and DARPA proposals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Demonstrated success in securing government research grants
- Strong background in condensed matter physics or quantum information theory
