Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for cryptography optimization and machine learning acceleration
- Design and implement error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to prototype qubit architectures and quantum processors
- Develop quantum simulation frameworks for pharmaceutical discovery and materials science
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact quantum computing research
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with NISQ-era hardware platforms and quantum cloud services
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for complex multi-variable quantum systems
