Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science from Tier 1 institution
- 3+ years experience with superconducting qubits or ion-trap systems
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences (QIP, QCE)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Track record of translating theoretical models to experimental prototypes
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
