Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to enhance computational reliability

Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Information Science with 3+ years of research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit optimization
- Strong background in quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, or quantum machine learning
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, trapped ions, photonic)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of quantum complexity theory and computational models
