The Role:
As a Senior 2026 Readiness Architect, you will not just adapt to the future; you will design it. You will oversee the integration of predictive AI models into our core infrastructure, ensuring our systems are resilient, scalable, and ahead of the curve.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable neural networks and quantum-resistant algorithms tailored for the 2026 tech ecosystem.
- System Integration: Lead the integration of edge computing solutions with cloud-native frameworks to ensure seamless data flow.
- R&D Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and researchers in advanced machine learning techniques and emerging technologies.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize system latency and throughput to meet the demands of high-frequency trading and autonomous vehicles.
- Strategic Planning: Develop long-term technical roadmaps that align with the company's vision for the year 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex architectural issues and innovate under pressure.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
