Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and articulate the long-term technical and product roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, aligning with company objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to forecast their impact on our product ecosystem.
- Architecture Planning: Design scalable, secure, and innovative system architectures that accommodate future technological shifts.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership, engineering teams, and product managers to ensure roadmap feasibility and buy-in.
- Resource Allocation: Guide the development team in prioritizing technical debt reduction and new feature implementation for the 2026 timeline.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype and validate cutting-edge concepts that will define our market position in 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in product strategy, technical architecture, or product management.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate high-level business goals into detailed technical roadmaps with clear milestones.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of modern software development lifecycles and a keen interest in futuristic tech stacks (e.g., WebAssembly, Serverless, Neural Interfaces).
- Leadership: Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from conception to launch.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic planning certifications are a plus.
