Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure architectures for large-scale AGI models.
- Model Integration: Oversee the integration of multi-modal learning systems into real-world applications.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of machine learning engineers and researchers in best practices for model safety and efficiency.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical roadmaps for the evolution of our neural networks over the next 3 years.
- Performance Optimization: Minimize inference latency and maximize computational throughput for edge deployment.
- Research Collaboration: Collaborate with academic partners to validate novel architectures.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, Reinforcement Learning, and Distributed Systems.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Kubernetes.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, undefined problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
