Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure designed for 2026 workloads.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary generative AI models and large language models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Implement best practices for MLOps, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and bias mitigation in all model development processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI advancements leading up to the 2026 release cycle.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of shipping production-level machine learning models.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
