Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-availability AI architectures tailored for 2026 data requirements.
- Lead research and development in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and computer vision.
- Mentor a team of talented engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency in real-time applications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead technical role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
