Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for the 2026 product suite.
- Lead technical strategy sessions to define the roadmap for next-gen AI capabilities.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and security in cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Stay at the forefront of AI research to integrate state-of-the-art techniques into production.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure and MLOps pipelines.
