Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for our core AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and resilience for 2026-scale demands.
- R&D Strategy: Identify and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Neuro-Symbolic AI, Quantum-ready ML) to stay ahead of the curve.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, conducting code reviews, technical architecture sessions, and mentorship for junior architects and engineers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and external stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into elegant solutions.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement frameworks to ensure AI fairness, transparency, and safety across all deployed models.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP).
- Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to plan long-term technical roadmaps and execute them with precision.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
