We are seeking a Senior AI Architect to lead our research and development division, designing scalable, ethical, and revolutionary artificial intelligence systems that will define the next decade.
In this role, you won't just manage code; you will architect the future. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our core AI models, ensuring they are robust, secure, and capable of handling the complex demands of the year 2026.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting next-generation generative models and autonomous agents.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives focused on the technologies expected to dominate the 2026 landscape, including advanced NLP and computer vision.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of models on distributed cloud environments, ensuring real-time processing and low latency.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce rigorous guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and data privacy in alignment with global standards.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic roadmaps for executive leadership and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with LLMs (Large Language Models).
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Future-Proof Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate emerging trends and adapt architectures for future scalability.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical visions to diverse audiences.
