Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning models for real-time data processing and predictive analytics.
- Lead the research and implementation of 2026-era AI technologies, including advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into cloud-native microservices.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA) and implement robust ethical AI guardrails.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs through efficient architecture design.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in designing and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
