Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and lead the architectural vision for AI systems specifically tailored for 2026 deployment, focusing on scalability and future-proofing.
- Model Development: Design and implement cutting-edge generative models and deep learning architectures to solve complex business problems.
- MLOps Leadership: Establish and optimize MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless model training, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the engineering department.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical AI solutions.
- Ethical AI Governance: Ensure all AI models adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy standards, and bias mitigation protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong background in distributed computing and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Tooling: Proficiency in MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar CI/CD pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of deploying high-impact AI models at scale.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
