Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision for AI systems targeted for deployment in 2026 and beyond, ensuring longevity and adaptability.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines optimized for next-gen hardware accelerators.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into core consumer products.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI usage within the organization.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct research into emerging technologies to keep the 2026 roadmap ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and edge computing.
- Strong experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision applications.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
