Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure for high-traffic applications.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from data ingestion and training to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with data scientists to optimize model accuracy and reduce computational costs.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and security within the AI engineering department.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Research emerging technologies to ensure our stack remains competitive in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of MLOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and system design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
