Responsibilities

- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Secure federal and private funding for quantum computing research programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance methodologies
- Proficiency in high-performance computing and parallel processing architectures
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into experimental prototypes
