Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, aligning AI capabilities with business goals.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architecture for next-gen machine learning systems.
- Lead the integration of predictive analytics and generative AI into existing product ecosystems.
- Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and adherence to industry best practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects and cloud migrations (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
