Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI and machine learning infrastructure designed for 2026 scalability demands.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers in developing proprietary algorithms and models.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI integration across enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business goals into technical AI capabilities.
- Ensure the security, ethics, and compliance of all AI systems deployed within the ecosystem.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neural Interfaces) into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, architecture, or data science leadership.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, production-ready AI systems.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and cloud-native architecture.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
