Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic AI Development: Own the architectural design and implementation of our core AI infrastructure, specifically targeting the 2026 product release cycle.
- Model Optimization: Design and optimize neural networks to achieve sub-millisecond inference times on cloud-scale deployments.
- Tech Stack Governance: Establish and enforce coding standards and architectural patterns to ensure maintainability and scalability across teams.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing integration, Neuromorphic chips) and integrating them into our roadmap.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering leads to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Architectural Skills: Proven track record of designing scalable, fault-tolerant systems for high-traffic applications.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think 5+ years into the future and align technical architecture with long-term business objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
