Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI systems and machine learning pipelines that support enterprise-grade performance and reliability.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI into core products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of engineering excellence.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs while maximizing accuracy.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and implement innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and 3+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools, data pipelines, and model versioning.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
