Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 AI infrastructure roadmap, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
- Optimize deep learning models for high-performance inference in real-time environments.
- Define and enforce best practices for data pipelines, model training, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native AI solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
