Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our next-generation research division. As we look toward 2026, we are building the infrastructure for the next wave of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and autonomous agents. You will be at the forefront of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) into production-scale systems.
In this role, you will define the architectural blueprint for our proprietary AI stack, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical AI implementation. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical, high-impact engineering solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed training frameworks.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion models) into core product offerings.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs through advanced quantization and pruning techniques.
- Establish MLOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines for continuous model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience designing cloud-native systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning algorithms.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
