Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for next-generation autonomous systems.
- Lead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs), multimodal AI, and generative adversarial networks.
- Optimize model performance for real-time inference and edge computing environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and responsible AI deployment.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate research into production-ready solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous technical reviews to maintain code quality.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven experience deploying and scaling AI models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on ethical AI and bias mitigation.
