Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI/ML infrastructure designed for 2026 scalability standards.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge algorithms, focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency in high-traffic environments.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, data governance, and model interpretability.
- Oversee the deployment of MLOps pipelines and monitor model performance in production.

Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying production-level AI models.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on large-scale distributed systems.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
