Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of advanced AI models and systems designed for 2026 scalability and efficiency.
- R&D Strategy: Drive the research direction in Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Quantum Computing integration.
- System Optimization: Optimize neural network training pipelines and reduce inference latency to support real-time applications.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex research concepts into deployable products.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-scale environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
