Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable LLM-based agent frameworks using Python and PyTorch.
- Design robust data pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and evaluation of large language models.
- Optimize inference latency and model accuracy for edge and cloud deployment.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and AI governance.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, including multimodal learning and reinforcement learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and RAG architectures.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
