In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and production-grade engineering. You will define the technical vision for our AI platforms, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and capable of delivering transformative value to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for training and inference of large-scale transformer models.
- Lead the research and implementation of fine-tuning strategies and prompt engineering frameworks to optimize model performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into our flagship products.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs through quantization, pruning, and efficient serving architectures.
- Establish and enforce MLOps best practices, including CI/CD for machine learning and automated monitoring.
- Ensure model safety, fairness, and compliance with evolving AI regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, parallel computing, and high-performance computing (HPC).
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams and driving technical roadmaps.
